We teach environmental studies, ecology, business skills, and teamwork through the lens of the horticultural arts. We partner with the University of Minnesota Landscape Arboretum and other local experts.

Our teaching methods combine a rigorous curriculum with active learning through the arts. Areas of study include ceramics, drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, photography, videography, and decorative art.
Happening in Our District
After six semi-final interviews, the ECCS School Board narrowed their search for a new superintendent and is pleased to announce the two finalists. Dr. Eric Hudspith and Dr. Erin Rathke are moving forward in the process, and will be interviewed on Tuesday, April 30, 2024.
After six semi-final interviews April 17 and 18, 2024, the Eastern Carver County School District 112 School Board narrowed their search for a new superintendent and is pleased to announce the two finalists. Dr. Eric Hudspith and Dr. Erin Rathke are moving forward in the process, and will be interviewed on Tuesday, April 30, 2024.
The Eastern Carver County School District 112 School Board members narrowed their search for a new superintendent to six semifinalists on Monday, April 15, 2024.
A special closed school board meeting has been added for Monday, April 8 after the work session at Integrated Arts Academy to discuss labor negotiations strategy. Closed meetings are not available to the public, and are not live streamed.
Eastern Carver County Schools graduation rates continue to exceed the statewide rate by a large margin, Dr. Khrisslyn Goodman, Director of Research, Evaluation & Assessment for the district, told the school board at a work session on April 8 at Integrated Arts Academy.
High school students from Chanhassen and Chaska are now in their second semester of tutoring in math and language arts classrooms at Chaska Middle School West, working alongside teachers to support peers.
